1. General

The below Terms of Condition is between purchaser and SDS.Swiss GmbH and part of sales and delivery. These Terms and Conditions include all services and products offered online. Any verbal agreements or changes will be deemed in effect if in writing.  The products offered are shown on line only.

 2. Pricing

All prices are quoted or issued in either in Swiss Franc (CHF) or Euro (EUR). VAT, freight and if any duty is on the invoice, will be shown separately on the invoice. Upon import the customer is responsible for any duties or customs charges, and will need to take up contact with our shipper to take care of any fees or duties required for import or delivery of the product.

3. Delivery 

Any invoice outstanding after account terms and credit will be considered past due, and will be subject to service charges of two percent (2%) per month and twenty-four percent (24%) per year. Delays in shipments may occur on accounts that are past due.

4. Online Payment

Paypal, Stripe or wire transfer (IBAN) are the only payment option for online orders. Payment within Switzerland or distributors is due within 20 days from invoice date.

5. Freight, Duties, and Tax

Freight charges vary from country to country and its destination.   The cost will be added to your order from your local customs upon import or from our shipper UPS. Duties and taxes may be added to the invoices, or will be due upon delivery, depending on shipping method.  We do not take responsibility for taxes and duties owed, and will not refund your order if duties and taxes are not paid and the goods are returned to us.

6. Return and Credit Policy

Before returning a product, you will need to get written return approval. Products must be returned unused and in original container for all returns. A copy of the invoice or invoice number and description of the problem must accompany all returns. Products may be returned for credit of the purchase price within 30 days of date of shipment, and after confirmation and E-mail of the return.

At the discretion of SDS.Swiss GmbH, certain products returned for credit may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. All returns must be shipped postage paid and insured. Shortage or errors in shipments must be reported within 7 days of invoice date to issue credit (if applicable).  We will refund any returns after physical receipt of the products.

7.  Nonreturnable Items

The following products are nonreturnable:

  • Custom-made products and those produced on special order.

  • All pre-welded attachments including standard placement, special placement, angulations, and modified or incomplete materials.

  • Chemical or refrigerated products

  • Close-out, clearance, or sale merchandise

  • Returns due to non payment of duties and taxes

8. Pricing and Policies

SDS.Swiss GmbH is continually improving and updating the quality and design of our products. Therefore, we reserve the right to improve, modify, or discontinue production on any product offering. SDS.Swiss GmbH is not responsible for typographical or photographic errors. Products may differ from the images and descriptions you see online.

All prices are subject to change without notice. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability resulting from the use of these products. In the event of a claimed defect, SDS.Swiss GmbH's sole responsibility is limited to replacement of the material, or at SDS.Swiss GmbH option, issuing a credit for the purchase price. SDS.Swiss GmbH will not be responsible for claims regarding incidental and consequential damages.

9. Limited Availability and Back Orders

On occasion products may appear online that are available in limited quantities. If a product becomes unavailable before an order for said product is shipped out, the purchaser will be notified of the status of their order with the contact information provided to us via email, shipping/billing addresses, or phone number. Customers will be notified of the status of their order if an item is unavailable or on back order.
